"Add to Note" not working at all. Whenever I try to add a note from the Copilot chat, a popup appears showing "Failed to create document." It's quite frustrating.

The documentation and management are hopelessly bad. I paid for three seats. there is NOWHERE I can see to invite them and no documentation. You don't even appear to have any customer support or ability to chat or email or anything...

I really like this app, but I would like to know how does iki retrieve my work contacts when sharing a note? This is a concern for me.

It is quite similar to NotebookLM but offers some of the features notebook does not offer (such as easy webclipping or sharing). However, when I tried to set up a collection, then interrogate the sources, it did not really work. I tried over several days and most of the functions seem to be working sporadically or not at all. The entire platform is so buggy that it is essentially unusable. A shame really.

Feedback here but no reactions from you = bad customer service. I'm out.

Two switches with different labels for basically the same feature are literally breaking my mind :) Just make the label "Private on" for both scenarios. I’m spending too much time trying to be sure if the collection I’m posting will be private or not.

Hi, Interesting concept but a bug makes it unusable. The summary and related discussions (key learnings etc) about a video (https://app.iki.ai/content/video/2900324) are not the one about the video added, but another one of my library.

Hi there, I uploaded a wide variety of resources, created 'hubs' for them, tagged everything, and then, when I refreshed the page, everything was gone. The chatbot froze upon being asked a basic question.
